Verdon Timber Group were pleased to attend Morgan Sindall’s Embracing the Digital Frontier exhibition where we showcased our First Fix and Second Fix capabilities alongside our sister company Howarth Timber & Engineered Solutions.
Over the past year, Howarth has proudly supplied over 15,000 first and second fix plot packs to a diverse range of clients, including medium, large, local, and national house builders across England.
First & Second Fix Expertise
The First & Second Fix plot packs encompass essential components such as skirting, CLS, and window boards, totalling approximately 495,000 lengths of skirting, 1,155,000 lengths of CLS, and over 135,000 meters of window board. Our skilled machinists meticulously crosscut, return, and level out these materials in-house, ensuring precision and quality in every piece.

Looking ahead, we are steadfast in our commitment to growth, with a clear vision to establish ourselves as a major player in the joinery plot pack sector of construction supply within the next five years. To support this ambition, we have made significant investments in dedicated facilities located in East Yorkshire, Bury St Edmunds, and Leicestershire.
These facilities, coupled with an expansion of our supply capacity and fleet of delivery vehicles, will enable us to meet the escalating demand for our services and exceed our customers’ expectations.
